The E7 Headphones are charged by plugging the micro USB into the bottom of the left Ear-cup, then plugging the other end into any USB port, Laptop, Wall Transformer. Turn off the tv, unplug the tv from electricity and try to turn it on with no electricity for at least 5 times, now re plug the tv and try the head set. If you still have the same problem, return the head set…. good luck.

Does the cowin e7 pro utilize bluetooth 5.0?

I’m pretty sure it does however. I bought these for my 10 year old. These were the most expensive ones I had ever bought him. And they were the shortest lasting. They fell apart however In fairness my son is pretty rough on his headphones. But I bought him a $50 $30 and these and the ones 450 have done the best
